We respond as fast as possible to all our clients. Usually, we provide an answer within 24 hours, but this delay can vary depending on the period of the year and the time zone you are in.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide and we offer all customers free shipping. We manager all your orders from Paris, France.
We want your experience to be simple and efficient, just as we like it.
Please note that delivery to some isolated areas of the globe could create extra shipping fees.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Your items will be delivered within:
1 to 3 weeks for the USA and Canada.
1 to 2 weeks for European countries.
1 to 4 weeks for the rest of the world.
Please, note that these estimates may vary depending on external factors. In case of delay of your package, OFF-WRLD can not be held responsible.
If you have not received your order within 60 working days, we will give you a full refund*.
*Please note that as long as the tracking of your package is active, OFF-WRLD reserves the right to refuse any unjustified refund requests.

Where are you located?
We are french techwear company. Our head office and main warehouse is in Paris (75).
Where are your products made?
Many items sold on OFF-WRLD (trousers, jackets, chest rigs, etc.) are made in Japan.
Some items imported from Japan are modeled by our Japanese suppliers and made in neighboring Asian countries. It concerns, for instance, a part of our accessories and bags (designed in Japan and manufactured in China or Korea).
We also work with independent artisans who make their products by hand (like our famous Cyberpunk Bomber Jacket, Geisha T-Shirt, or Armored Cap).
The rest of our products are imported from other Asian countries (China, Korea, Philippines). This includes some of our shoes, shorts and socks.

How can I track my parcel?

We have warehouses around the world, the referencing of your package may take a few days.
My order is incomplete, what can I do?
We ship your orders from our french warehouse, in Paris.
We work with many suppliers around the globe, most are located in Asia. To avoid waiting too long, we sometimes ship your order as soon as one or more items are ready. This means that orders containing multiple items are sometimes shipped individually.
You may receive one item before the next. Don't worry if you don't receive all your items simultaneously; the others are on their way too. This process allows us to offer you Free Shipping all year round.
If you do not receive all your purchases within 20 business days, don't hesitate to contact us to review your shipment.
Will my package be hand-delivered?
Your parcels will be delivered to your mailbox.
If your package is too large to be deposited in your mailbox, it will be delivered personally.Â
If you are not present at the time of the delivery, a notice of passage will be deposited, and you will be able to collect your parcel at the nearest post office or pick-up address.
If no information has been deposited to your house, we will inform you of your package's location and how to collect it.
My garment is too small-too big. How can I replace it?
The customer must choose the right size according to the size guides available on each product page. We strongly invite you to contact our team to help you select the correct size before ordering.
The customer will be able to return the item at his own expense.
We know this can represent a high cost, so do not hesitate to contact our teams; we will do our best to find a solution that satisfies you.

Can I modify my order?
If you want to modify your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via the contact page.
If the order has already been shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to change or cancel it because we already gave your package to the competent post services, and we have already paid the shipping costs, which are not refundable.
Can I cancel my order?
Your order can be cancelled until it has been shipped.
Once shipped, it will not be possible to request a cancellation for your order. However, you can send the package back to us in order to request a refund for 14 days from the moment you receive it.
I would like to return my order.
If you are unsatisfied with your item, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee for 14 days, starting when you receive your order.
Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. All returned packages must be shipped with a tracking number.
Since we don't have a physical store, please note that you will be asked to return your order to our shipping warehouse in Paris, France.

My order is damaged. What should I do?
If your item has manufacturing defects, we are very sorry. Please get in touch with us via email or from our contact page.
We also invite you to send us photos or videos to facilitate processing your request.

Is my payment secure?
Your order is 100% secure.
When you place an order using your credit card, all your information is entered into a secure SSL web page.
Your information is encrypted and sent directly to our payment service provider's network, where your card and transaction are secured and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers at all.
What payment methods are available?
You can use debit and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal to finalize your order.
However, we do not accept checks, money orders, or bank transfers.

What are the care recommendations for my clothes?
We recommend washing your clothes at 30 °C (86 °F) on a gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry garments unless indicated on the care label. Do not iron prints.
